ps. sorry for the lack of updates these past couple of weeks. I have come to the decision that I have to return to Toronto in September and everything that worked up to that decision were carefully considered yet ultimately unavoidable. Anyways, August is the month where summer is at its peak and of course, Ron's big day is coming up :)

I guess this could be an early celebration since today he was treated to fine casual dining (I was actually excited to go for myself...) at Rob Feenie's Cactus Club Cafe at the Bentall5 venue. I thought it would be neat since last year we went to NY and dined at Morimoto's, that it would be awesome to dine at the chef who beat Morimoto! For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, Morimoto is one of the Iron Chefs. Anyways, it was a very positive experience and everything was perfect!

After dinner

(gap blazer, aeropostale cami and shorts, vintage belt)

My hair is at the awkward stage, like so many adolescent girls and boys around the world.

It's amazing what a blazer could do to a simple cami and shorts, really ties everything up and makes you look much more respectable as opposed to looking like an obnoxious youngin'.

Some people dream of success, but I wake up and work hard at it.
