I think your hair is rly cute ^-^ Are you trying to grow it long? Maybe you can curl the ends a bit into loose ringlets? It'll make your hair appear shorter while you grow your hair out.
I agree with you about how blazers tie everything together and just makes the outfit look sharper! But sometimes it's also not bad to look like an obnoxious youngin' hahahahah. I.. think I look like an obnoxious youngin' every day =.= Sigh.. Gotta go buy some blazers.
